The Water and Irrigation Systems Improvement Program (WISE) team participated in a two-day training course on "FIDIC Red and Yellow Books" Contract Management in Georgia, organized by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.

The objective of the training was to develop capacity for the implementation of infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of FIDIC contract application, project management, financial control, and risk management.

During the course, participants became acquainted with the fundamental principles of FIDIC contracts, discussed dispute resolution mechanisms, and analyzed practical case studies—gaining new knowledge and expertise for the effective implementation of infrastructure projects.
