Today at the Water Committee, a number of provisions were discussed regarding the contract for the procurement of independent technical audit services aimed at evaluating the performance indicators of Veolia Djur CJSC for 2022–2031.

The discussion was chaired by Aramazd Ghalamkaryan, Chairman of the Water Committee. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairmen of the Water Committee, representatives of specialized divisions, as well as Ingo Toevs, Executive Director of Decon International GmbH—the firm selected to conduct the independent technical audit—along with Deputy Head of the company Hovhannes Harutyunyan and financial expert Hasmik Hovsepyan.

The independent technical audit will enable a more comprehensive assessment of the quality of water supply and wastewater services provided by Veolia Djur CJSC and their compliance with defined performance indicators.

The main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include supplied water quality, continuity of water supply, non-revenue water levels, and customer satisfaction levels. To assess customer satisfaction, the technical audit will include randomized subscriber satisfaction surveys, among other functions, the results of which will be incorporated into the core metrics used to evaluate Veolia Djur CJSC’s operations.

In the event of failure to meet the performance indicators set forth in the lease agreement, the findings of the independent technical audit will serve as the basis for applying penalties and other liability measures stipulated under the contract.
