Martiros Nalbandyan, Deputy Chairman and Acting Chairman of the Water Committee, alongside Deputy Chairmen Varazdat Mkrtchyan and Davit Mkrtchyan, met with a delegation led by Don Lambert, Country Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Armenia Resident Mission.

The Country Director of the ADB Armenia Resident Mission stated that the objective of the visit was to discuss issues related to dam construction, irrigation systems, and projects aimed at improving the water quality of Lake Sevan.

Addressing dam construction projects, particularly the Kaps Reservoir project, the parties emphasized active and effective cooperation to ensure the sound management of subsequent project phases.

An agreement was reached to schedule meetings with other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and rapid solutions to all pending matters.
