A meeting was held at the Water Committee with the participation of the directors of "Jrar" CJSC, "Melioratsia" CJSC, and Water User Associations (WUAs).

During the meeting, participants discussed the progress of spring preparations ahead of the irrigation season and pressing issues in the sector.

The WUA directors presented the primary challenges for the upcoming irrigation season, the progress of cleaning and repairing internal farm canals, as well as matters regarding the organization of water supply.

Tigran Vardanyan, Director of "Jrar" CJSC, spoke about the readiness of water intake nodes and main water supply systems, addressing the repair and technical maintenance work performed.

Sasun Miroyan, Director of "Melioratsia" CJSC, presented the operations already underway, as well as the ongoing results of efforts to determine groundwater levels and quality.

During the meeting, reference was also made to steps aimed at the efficient operation of the irrigation system and the need to strengthen cooperation between the entities.

Aramazd Ghalamkaryan, Chairman of the Water Committee, highlighted the importance of coordinated and responsible work between "Jrar" CJSC, "Melioratsia" CJSC, and the Water User Associations, emphasizing that this collaboration is a key prerequisite for the stable and effective operation of the irrigation system, as well as the targeted use of state funds.
