The inception meeting with "Decon International" LLC, the independent technical auditing service provider selected to assess the performance indicators of "Veolia Jur" CJSC for the period 2022–2031, was held at the Water Committee.

The meeting was chaired by Aramazd Ghalamkaryan, Chairman of the Water Committee. It was attended by Ingo Toews, Managing Director of "Decon International" LLC, specialists from the technical audit team, Marianna Shahinyan, General Director of "Veolia Jur" CJSC, as well as Deputy Chairmen and representatives of specialized divisions of the Water Committee.

The execution of the independent technical audit is stipulated under the Lease Agreement signed between the Water Committee and "Veolia Jur" CJSC in 2016. It allows for a more comprehensive assessment of the quality of water supply and wastewater services provided by the Company and their compliance with the key and internal performance indicators defined by the Lease Agreement.

In the event of non-compliance with the performance indicators set forth in the Lease Agreement, the independent technical auditor is authorized to apply penalties and other liability measures against the Lessee in accordance with the procedures defined by the contract.
